This large 237m2 house, situated on a 17,106m2 parcel of land, is only five minutes from the historic Victorian town of Oamaru.
The house was originally constructed in the early 2000s along with a wooden deck. However our client was not happy with the end result from a previous builder and asked JDBuilders to remove the existing decking and start again.
The end result is a magnificent large deck for entertaining and relaxing, our clients who are extremley discerning and a major employer in Oamaru could not have been more delighted.
