The owner of this rental property in Dunedin was so happy with our work on upgrading their bathroom, that they asked JDBuilders back to renovate their kitchen.

We were on a tight budget to complete their project and were only too happy to work with our client to achieve their desired outcome.

Scope of works:

* Allow for one window removal and closing the wall opening with framing, plasterboard internal lining, and fibre cement external lining.

* No allowance for any work in the second window above the existing sink.

* Install new external plaster as cladding over the fibre cement. Match to the existing as close as possible.

* Replace the external entry door with a new door and door frame.

* Allow for floor removal and reinstate new flooring with 2 x new piles, 1 x new bearer, and new joists throughout the kitchen area. New flooring to be 19mm plywood.
