Our client wanted to future-proof their home, add beauty, value, and warmth with the installation of new double-glazed windows and doors to their four-bedroom, two-bathroom 190m2 home in the beautiful old suburb of Roslyn in Dunedin.

Scope of the work:

The removal of existing external back door is to be replaced with a new aluminium framed unit with a full double-glazed panel, along with a new 60 x 10 bevel architrave on the interior. Repair the old door sill.

Remove and replace the old wooden dining room window adjoining the lounge room with a new double-glazed window unit.

Remove and replace the old wooden kitchen window with a new double-glazed window unit.

Add architraves and trims to both the dining room and kitchen windows.

Stop, sand, and paint the architraves, trims, and reveals. Clean and tidy up the site, removing all rubbish.

Our client was delighted with the final result.
