Karitane, a picturesque beachside town situated 35 kilometres north of Dunedin’s city centre, is nestled in the rolling countryside near the Waikouaiti River mouth. This scenic location makes it a favored holiday destination for residents of Dunedin.

Scope of works:

Install client supplied carpet to 16 x stair treads.

Measure and cut carpet for each step.

Allow for new aluminium alloy angle to the back of each stair tread to secure carpet.

Remove & reinstate front nosing on each tread to secure carpet.

Materials:

Aluminium alloy angles x 16. Rivets to be purchased. The holes are pre-drilled as 3mm.
