New Stairs Construction Project

At JDBuilders, we successfully removed the existing stairs located on the roof and constructed a new timber set, maintaining the same design as the original. The new stairs were built using durable ex 300 x 50 H3.2 stringers and treads to ensure long-lasting performance. We also installed 5 threaded rods, replicating the original structure for enhanced stability.

In addition, we repaired the gate frame and fitted new hardware to the gate, ensuring both functionality and security. The existing handrail was carefully reinstated to the newly constructed stairs to preserve the original aesthetic.

To carry out the work efficiently, our team used a rope and tackle system to safely lift the stringers onto the roof.
