This two-bedroom home is situated in the delightful suburb of South Hill, in the historic Victorian town of Oamaru. Although this house had a spacious laundry area, the existing laundry tub was long overdue for an upgrade.

Scope of works:

Remove the existing washtub in the laundry, and replace it with a new one with two drawers, this included a splashback.
