Storm Damage
There was damage caused by high winds to the shearing shed & yard, this has resulted in damage to the roof cladding, roof framing, wall cladding & framing.
Background information on the property:
This rural property consists of a flat section with easy access to and from the property. The shearing shed & yard was built between 1970 and 1989 with the roof being constructed with timber framing clad and long run iron. Walls are constructed with timber framing clad with corrugated iron.
Scope of works:
* Repair of the roof cladding, roof framing, wall cladding and framing.
* There are trees on the roof and these are to be removed to allow the repair to be completed.
* A door stud has been damaged in the woolshed which will need to be replaced.
* The mothering-up shed has been damaged by the wind and a quote has been requested for the replacement.
