Bathroom, laundry and hallway restoration
Located in the delightful town of Oamaru, not far from the historic Victorian precinct, this charming house in Hull St., required some work in the bathroom, laundry, and hall.
Originally built in 1958, this four-bedroom, one-bathroom property covers an area of 138m2.
Scope of work:
Remove existing bath, shower, vanity & laundry super tub.
Form new bathroom & laundry areas based on the provided plans and allow for new wet area plasterboard to the walls.
Install new plasterboard ceiling lining to the bathroom & make good in the laundry. Ensure to retain the existing window in the bathroom & recycle part of the laundry window to create a new window.
Install 60×10 bevel architraves and skirting boards to both the bathroom & laundry and allow for GIB coving as the cornice to both the bathroom & hallway.
Installation of new plasterboard ceiling lining over the existing lining in the hallway.
Also, remove the box seat at the entry door, and cover any gaps with new lining.
Allow to recycle the existing laundry window & adjust as required.
