Install new 2 rafters of 140 x 45, approximately 8.2m long each beside the existing rafters and fix them to the existing rafters after trooping up the slagged rafters.

Allowed to screw fix existing rafters after trooping up.

Allowed to remove the wall cladding up as required to install the new post and reinstate

it upon completion.

Notes

The road from Duncan Road to the site is an uneven farm road. It is slippery when wet.

Site fence running near to the access road.

Due to the condition of the farm shed, our priority was to prevent the structure from collapsing during repairs. To achieve this, we installed temporary supports to hold up the roof while positioning a new pole. Once the concrete had cured, we were able to start repairing the beam in that section of the shed.

At JD Builders, we handle renovation projects of any size—whether commercial, residential, or rural. For a no-obligation consultation, call Jeff at 027 354 1754.
