Several organisations have recently made studies about what people consider important in terms of home and landscaping renovations. It comes as no surprise that homeowners consider a new deck to be one of their top renovation priorities, as was one of the main priorities for the couple who own this seaside home in Moeraki. Original consultation was to have a much larger, more useable deck at the front of this home but the cost was starting to grow quite considerably. We were able to tailor the original plan down to a more suitable and cost effective solution for our clients and proceeded to construct this split level user friendly deck, which is now enjoyed entertaining guests and making the most of the beautiful weather Moeraki has to offer. With the addition of balustrading to compliment the build this area has become another user friendly entertainment area giving the indoor/ outdoor flow our clients required. At the end of this build we worked on the the addition of exposed aggregate pathways leading off the deck to other areas around the property.
